Senior Presales / Solution Consultant – BFSI | Mumbai | LeadSquared The Role

LeadSquared is looking for a Senior Presales / Solution Consultant with strong BFSI experience to work with some of the most complex and fast-moving businesses in India’s financial-services ecosystem.

Based in Mumbai , you’ll work closely with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, lending businesses, fintechs, and other BFSI enterprises , helping them solve customer acquisition, sales, distribution, engagement, and automation challenges using LeadSquared.

You’ll be the bridge between customer business problems and LeadSquared’s technology —owning the presales journey from discovery and solution design through demos, POCs, RFPs, executive presentations, and deal closure.

This is a high-visibility, consultative role. You’ll engage with CXOs, business heads, sales leaders, digital teams, IT, operations, and other senior stakeholders , translating complex BFSI requirements into straightforward, scalable solutions with measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do





• Lead discovery sessions with BFSI customers to understand business objectives, customer journeys, processes, pain points, and technology requirements.
• Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, shape deal strategy, and position LeadSquared effectively.
• Design solutions using LeadSquared across CRM, sales automation, marketing automation, workflow automation, lead management, customer engagement, and integrations .
• Work with BFSI customers across use cases such as digital lending, customer acquisition, onboarding, sales distribution, relationship management, cross-sell/upsell, and customer servicing .
• Deliver compelling product demos, solution presentations, workshops, and executive conversations.
• Build customized demos and POCs for complex BFSI requirements.
• Own solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, technical documentation, and solution presentations.
