The Team

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M;) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated leader to drive the CRM and Marketing Technologies strategy and roadmap. This role will report to the CRM and Marketing Technologies Director and be responsible for orchestrating the implementation of the area’s projects and initiatives.

How You Will Contribute

• Solid understanding of Marketing organizations, processes and operating models
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management




• Understanding of Marketing technology platforms and systems, including MarTech tools, channels and services; CRM, marketing automation, AI and analytics tools.
• Experience matching business requirements with technical functionalities and capabilities
• Advanced project and change management skills and experience
• Strategy execution through the design and implementation of fit-for-purpose organization structures, operating models, processes and technologies
• Regularly liaise with data teams to improve data infrastructure, maintain seamless integration across databases and Martech components, and define and refine requirements for multi-channel CRM initiatives
• Analyse, report and translate marketing data into improvement initiatives
• Partner with Marketing, IT and Business Units to align strategies and ensure effective execution
• Oversee the integration of Martech and CRM solutions
