Ab Ovo Media is an influencer marketing and creator economy agency working with leading brands, platforms and e-commerce businesses across India.

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of influencer campaigns — from understanding the brief and building the right creator strategy to execution, client management and final reporting.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the creator ecosystem deeply, has robust project management skills and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and to a high standard.
You will be expected to not just execute campaigns, but also think strategically, solve problems and proactively improve the way we work.

Campaign Strategy & Planning
• Understand client objectives and translate briefs into effective influencer marketing strategies.
• Develop creator shortlists based on audience, content quality, relevance, engagement,



geography and campaign objectives.
• Identify emerging creators and new opportunities across platforms.
• Recommend the right creator mix, content formats and campaign approach.
• Stay updated on creator trends, platform developments and changing audience behaviour.

Campaign & Program Management
• Own campaigns end-to-end from briefing to closure.
• Manage creator outreach, negotiations, contracting, briefing, content approvals and publishing.
• Ensure timelines, deliverables and campaign budgets are tightly managed.
• Coordinate with creators, talent managers, clients and internal teams.
• Proactively identify risks and solve execution challenges before they impact delivery.
• Maintain strong campaign documentation and trackers.

Client Management
• Act as a key point of contact for clients.
• Understand client expectations and ensure timely communication and delivery.
• Present camp
