JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruiter will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and onboarding top talent across global markets. This individual will manage end-to-end recruiting operations, support onboarding initiatives, coordinate recruitment events, and drive grassroots marketing campaigns to build solid talent pipelines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced,



dynamic environment and has experience working across multiple regions and cultures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruiting Operations:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies. Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) accuracy and ensure compliance with global hiring policies. Generate recruiting metrics and reports to measure efficiency and identify areas for improvement. Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers by sharing insights on India’s talent market, cultural nuances, and hiring best practices. Educate and coach hiring managers on interview approaches, candidate engagement styles, and competitive offer practices specific to India. Partner with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategie
