Webgross Solutions is a digital marketing, web development, branding, and creative agency working with multiple brands across different industries. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually engaging designs for digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, stories, reels, and digital marketing creatives.
• Develop designs based on brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and client requirements.
• Work closely with the Social Media, Content, Performance Marketing, and Client Servicing teams.
• Create multiple design concepts and adapt creatives according to feedback.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colours, layouts, and visual language.
• Design creatives for different industries and brands, adapting to different tones and audiences.
• Assist in developing campaign concepts, promotional creatives, and marketing materials.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and visual content trends.




• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising design quality.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design software.
• Good understanding of Instagram and other social media creative formats.
• Ability to understand a brief and convert ideas into effective visual communication.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take feedback.
• Ability to work on multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to experiment with different design styles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
