About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and research-oriented Sourcing Specialist to support leadership and sales hiring across North America. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and building high-quality talent pipelines for strategic sales, business development, practice leadership, delivery leadership, and executive-level positions within the IT Services and Technology Solutions industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactive talent mapping, market intelligence, competitive research, passive candidate engagement, and creating strong candidate pipelines for critical leadership and revenue-generating roles.




The position is based in Bangalore and requires collaboration with hiring managers, recruitment teams, and business leaders across the US. Therefore, flexibility to work during US business hours is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Sourcing
• Build and maintain solid pipelines of Sales, Client Partner, Account Management, Practice Leadership, Delivery Leadership, Consulting, and Executive talent across North America.
• Conduct extensive talent mapping of target organizations, competitors, and industry-leading firms.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing channels and networking platforms.
• Develop sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-find leadership talent.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
• Perform market mapping and organizational research across IT Services, Consulting, Digital Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & Ana
