What would you do?

• The Talent Acquisition Recruitment Skilled is responsible for hands on execution of end to end recruitment activities for assigned roles, business units and geographies. The role focuses on sourcing, screening,



interview coordination and offer support to ensure timely and high quality hiring outcomes in line with defined recruitment processes and service level expectations.
• The role operates within established recruitment frameworks and supports recruiters and hiring managers by managing requisitions, maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps. What are we looking for?
