Who You Are

The Medical Affairs Coordinator oversees administrative support services within the department and provides coordination and operational support to Medical Staff programs and initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Medical Affairs, this role will collaborate closely with department leadership, Physician Talent Acquisition, the Regional Chief of Staff and the Senior VP of Academic, Research and Medical Affairs.

Qualifications

• You have a worked in healthcare operations/administration setting for a minimum of 2-4
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
• You have experience with healthcare operations, project management, process and quality improvement initiatives, information systems, and data analysis.
