As we expand our marketing team, we are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to lead our written content. This person will help define what we publish, set a high editorial standard, and create resources that prospective members find useful and trustworthy.

The roleThis is a senior, hands-on position for an excellent writer and content strategist. You will work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer and subject matter experts to turn complex topics into transparent, accurate content.

A central part of the role is researching, writing, and editing approximately 5–7 resource articles per week. You will also develop lead-generation resources, write and review marketing emails, and improve how our content performs in search engines and AI-powered search.



We are looking for someone who can maintain that publishing pace while making sound editorial decisions and producing work with substance.

What you will do• Own the planning, research, writing, editing, and ongoing improvement of HOCK’s resource articles.
• Produce approximately 5–7 articles per week on professional certifications, exam preparation, career development, and related topics.
• Create useful lead-generation resources, such as guides, checklists, comparisons, and practical tools.
• Write and review marketing emails, including campaigns and automated email sequences.
• Build a content calendar informed by audience questions, search opportunities, company priorities, and performance data.
• Apply strong SEO practices, including search-intent analysis, article structure, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
• Develop content that answers questions clearly and can be discovered through AI-powered search, while
