Job Summary

UST is looking for Data Engineer with strong expertise in database development, data integration, ETL processes, and enterprise reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, IBM DB2, Informatica PowerCenter, query optimization, data quality, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, CTEs, and window functions.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and integration.
• Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing,



and performance analysis.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot database and ETL issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide L2/L3 production support.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable data and reporting solutions.
• Support incident management and production deployments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SQL and ETL development.
• Advanced SQL development skills.
• Solid experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and/or IBM DB2.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Strong knowledge of data quality, reconciliation, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with query optimization, indexing, and database performance tuning.
• Experience with JasperReports/JasperServer or similar reporting platforms.
• Experience with Git and production support/L2-L3 incident
