Our service network covers approximately 24,950 PIN codes, including Mumbai and Delhi in the 24-hour response band. Each unit reports its energy consumption to a dashboard, allowing customers to track running cost across their entire fleet.

About the role

Optimist is entering the B2B (RAC Category) market in Mumbai and Delhi NCR. There is no existing pipeline or team in either city. You will be the first commercial salesperson in your city and will be responsible for building the business there.

Responsibilities

● Generate and manage the commercial sales pipeline for Room Air Condition in your city. Target segments include offices, hotels, retail and QSR chains,



schools and coaching institutes, hospitals, gyms, co-working spaces, dark stores, bank branches and manufacturing units. ● Identify and meet decision makers: facility heads, admin heads, projects heads, procurement, and central teams at multi-site chains. ● Conduct site surveys. Record existing fleet count, unit age and star rating, electricity tariff, running hours and installation conditions. ● Prepare proposals and quotations using company pricing and savings tools. ● Sell metered pilot deployments and use the measured results to convert larger orders. ● Run discovery and initial meetings, qualify opportunities, and work with leadership on large closes. ● Coordinate installation with the local service partner and follow up on payment collection. ● Maintain records of all site visits, surveys and quotations.
