About The Role

As a Manager, GBR Strategy & Business Operations, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Global Business Resilience (GBR) team, collaborating closely with the AVP & Head of Global Business Resilience and M&A; Security, GBR leadership team members, and stakeholders across the enterprise. You will have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and improve organizational effectiveness while supporting governance, strategic planning, performance management, communications,



and operational excellence across the GBR organization.

In This Role, You Will

• Support the development, execution, and refinement of GBR’s multi-year strategy, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
• Drive operational excellence through governance, business operations, planning processes, and leadership coordination across all GBR towers.
• Develop executive reporting, dashboards, scorecards, KPI frameworks, and performance insights to support decision-making.
• Lead internal communications initiatives, executive presentations, leadership messaging, and stakeholder engagement activities.
