Role Summary
We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
• Source IT candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and Boolean searches.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess technical/functional fit.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Work closely with Account Managers/Recruitment Leads to meet hiring targets.

Requirements




• 2 - 8 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Robust understanding of US hiring practices, job markets, and employment types.
• Experience with W2, C2C, 1099 and work authorization concepts.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM and recruiting platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet turnaround/time-to-submit targets.
