• Proven ability to lead and manage team effectively.
• Experience collaborating closely with clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Skilled in project planning, task tracking, status reporting, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Hands-on experience in effort estimation, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
• Proactively identifies risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drives timely resolution before escalation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Maintains solid ownership of deliverables and ensures all action items are tracked to closure.
• Anticipates project and resource requirements and takes proactive measures to address technical and operational needs.
