About the Role:

This is a field-based B2B sales role. You will spend a significant part of your time meeting prospective customers in person, introducing Alkae Waters, understanding their requirements, negotiating commercial terms, and converting them into recurring bulk customers.The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being on the field, is confident approaching new businesses, can speak comfortably with doctors, hospital administrators, clinic owners, corporate decision-makers and procurement teams,



and is motivated by sales targets and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop potential bulk and institutional customers across Pune.
Physically visit hospitals, clinics, doctors' offices, wellness centres, gyms, hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, and other relevant establishments.
Build relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, procurement teams, clinic owners, HR/admin teams, business owners, and other decision-makers.
Present and explain Alkae Waters' products, positioning, pricing, and bulk-order offerings.
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking, events, and direct outreach.
Convert prospects into one-time and recurring bulk customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers based on customer requirements.
Negotiate pricing, quantities, delivery requirements, and commercial terms within company guidelines.
