Position Summary

The EOX Delivery & Operations partners and collaborates with many parts of the talent organization to enable the delivery of learning programs.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Development on the EOX Delivery & Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting learning delivery and program and project execution aligned to business and talent development priorities.

• Partner with Growth & Development managers to create project plans and delivery approaches for national learning projects and established learning programs.
• Manage program communications and support day-to-day execution to help deliver learning programs on time and within scope for live and virtual formats.
• Support the full project lifecycle, including workplan development, milestone tracking, prioritization, escalation management, and coordination across stakeholders.
• Develop program plans with milestones and contingency plans, and analyze program data to identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with EOX, USI,



Talent Learning & Development, faculty, and business stakeholders to support program execution and delivery objectives.

Shift Timings: 6PM to 3AM

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of experience in learning delivery, program management, project management office, learning and development, or talent operations
• Experience creating project plans, workplans, milestones, and contingen
