• Robust written and verbal communication skills

POSITION SUMMARY
The position of DFMEA Facilitator is responsible for supporting the initiation, management and successful completion of system and subsystem DFMEA documents; and coordinate with engineering functions to support the development of generic exhaust component DFMEA documents for converters,



mufflers, and valves. The role includes supporting the identification of program risk through the development, application, and presentation of risk metrics at key program milestone meetings, track maturity level of all project DFMEA’s, and ensure DFMEA Teams follow DFMEA standards. The DFMEA Facilitator will also work in developing and incorporating lessons learned into generic DFMEA templates for common products, and support implementation of industry leading DFMEA methods .
The DFMEA Facilitator will collaborate to capture and institutionalize lessons learned, update generic DFMEA templates, and standardize best practices across global engineering locations. The role also supports the deployment of industry-leading DFMEA practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and the integration of AIAG-VDA FMEA standards into product development and risk management processes.
