What would you do?

• The Learning Admin Associate supports the planning, coordination and execution of learning and development programs. This role focuses on learning administration and scheduling activities, ensuring accurate LMS updates,



timely coordination with instructors and vendors and smooth delivery of training programs.
• The associate works under guidance while ensuring high data accuracy, adherence to learning processes and effective stakeholder communication.
• Manage learning solutions, including activities such as registration, vendor management, product support, learning management system. What are we looking for?
• Primary skill - Learning Operations
•
• 2+ years of experience in Learning Administration, Scheduling, HR operations or a coordination support role
• Exposure to LMS platforms SuccessFactors and ClearXP
• Educational Qualification
• Bachelors degree BA, BCom, BSc, BTech or equivalent
• Shift Timings
