We are looking for an ambitious and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing software team and help us connect with clients globally.

? WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Generate high-quality international leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and cold outreach
• Identify, contact, and qualify potential clients worldwide
• Understand client requirements and conduct discovery/strategy calls
• Coordinate with our technical team to prepare customized proposals
• Follow up with prospects and maintain solid client relationships
• Convert qualified leads into projects and long-term clients
• Maintain regular updates on lead generation and sales activities
? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong English communication skills — verbal and written
• Experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or IT/software sales




• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or cold outreach
• Understanding of software development services and client requirements
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with a technical team
? COMPENSATION
• Initial 1–2 months: Performance-based commission during the evaluation period
• After successful evaluation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Commission
• Compensation will be discussed based on experience, skills, and performance
