Role Purpose
Act as the Finance Business Partner to Sterile Vertical and Global 3P Operations, providing strategic financial insights, commercial support and robust financial controls across third-party sourced sterile products. Partner closely with Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial,
Legal and Hub Finance teams to drive cost competitiveness, profitability, working-capital optimization and financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning
• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecast updates
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and financial performance, ensuring alignment with business plans and strategic objectives.
• Prepare and review monthly MIS, quarterly management packs, departmental expenses and key financial performance indicators.
2. Costing, COGS & Transfer Pricing
• Support the calculation and validation of Cost of Goods, standard costs and transfer prices for third-party products.
• Provide costing support for annual budgeting, new product launches and commercial/business cases.
• Analyze cost drivers and identify opportunities for cost optimization and margin improvement.
