? Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and provide technical direction.
• Design and develop scalable full-stack web applications.
• Drive the architecture and implementation of AI-powered applications and features.
• Review code, ensure coding standards, and conduct technical discussions.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and other technical teams.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Evaluate current technologies and recommend suitable technical solutions.





? Required Skills
Candidates should have strong hands-on knowledge of:
• Frontend: React.js / Angular / Vue.js
• Backend: Node.js / Python / Java / .NET
• Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
• APIs: REST APIs, Microservices
• Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
• AI/ML: Generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs, RAG, Prompt Engineering
• System Design & Software Architecture
• Git, CI/CD and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
