About the team
The CT Commerce domain is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to lead the Payments team. Payments is a business-critical platform responsible for enabling secure, reliable,



and scalable payment experiences across multiple businesses and channels.
We are looking for a hands-on technical leader with strong experience in distributed backend systems, cloud-native architecture, and engineering leadership. In this role, you will shape the team’s technical direction, lead strategic initiatives, strengthen operational reliability, and help engineers grow into confident and independent owners.
