About The Role

Digital Mojo is looking for a highly ownership-driven Pod Manager to lead a pod of clients end-to-end.

This is not a traditional Account Manager role. The Pod Manager will act as the business head of the pod, owning client relationships, pod P&L;, growth strategy, team leadership, retention and escalations.

If something goes wrong in the pod, you own it. If something goes right, you drove it.

? Key Responsibilities

• Own the revenue, profitability and commercial health of the pod
• Manage billing, scope utilization, team bandwidth and margins
• Identify and drive upsell & cross-sell opportunities
• Develop quarterly growth strategies for key clients
• Act as the strategic voice for clients and proactively identify growth opportunities
• Handle client escalations, conflicts and difficult commercial conversations




• Resolve delivery, quality and team issues independently before escalating to the CEO
• Lead Account Managers, Social Media Managers, Performance Marketers and SEO Specialists
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across accounts
• Review campaign performance and drive optimization
• Understand and work with metrics such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, lead quality and funnel performance
• Own client retention, renewals, scope expansions and pricing conversations
• Track client satisfaction and identify at-risk accounts early

? What We’re Looking For

✅ 4–7 years of experience in a digital marketing agency

✅ Experience managing multiple client accounts and cross-functional teams

✅ Solid understanding of agency P&L;, billing, scope management and margins

✅ Strong knowledge of performance marketing, social media, SEO and content marketing

✅ Experience handling client escalations independently
