Second School is building hands-on, social learning experiences for adults in Bangalore.

We’re looking for a Community Manager Intern to help own the social side of our experiences — making participants feel comfortable, helping people connect, and capturing the energy of the community.

What you'll do
• Welcome participants and help them feel at ease
• Run introductions, icebreakers and straightforward group activities
• Make sure people feel included and help conversations flow naturally
• Manage participant communication before and after experiences
• Speak confidently to groups and on camera
• Interview participants and coaches for short-form content
• Capture candid photos and videos during events
• Collect feedback, testimonials and participant stories
• Help with light on-ground event coordination





Who we're looking for
Someone who is:
• Friendly, confident and comfortable meeting new people
• Good at making others feel included
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and on camera
• Naturally curious and good at conversations
• Comfortable taking photos/videos on a phone
• Organised, proactive and dependable

Previous experience is not essential. We care more about communication, social instinct, confidence and initiative.
