ASTEP is looking for a hands-on, energetic skilled to take ownership of the ATTAC admissions and program coordination process.
This is not a desk-only marketing role.
You will be involved in generating leads, speaking to prospects, converting admissions, coordinating the program and ensuring collections and records are maintained properly.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES? Social Media & Marketing
• Support ASTEP/ATTAC presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms
• Plan and publish regular content
• Promote webinars, cohorts, events and program activities
• Track engagement and enquiries generated from campaigns
? Lead Generation
• Identify and generate prospective ATTAC candidates
• Build and maintain lead databases
• Work with LinkedIn, social media, referrals, communities and other channels
• Track every enquiry from first contact to admission
? Sales & Cold Calling
• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates




• Follow up with website, social media, webinar and referral leads
• Understand candidate requirements and explain the ATTAC program
• Schedule mentor/career calls where required
• Drive prospects towards application and admission
? Program Coordination – Pre & Post Sales
• Coordinate candidate communication before admission
• Support onboarding and admission formalities
• Maintain cohort-wise candidate records
• Coordinate schedules, sessions, communications and announcements
• Follow up with mentees during the program
• Support placement-related coordination and documentation
? Fee Collection & Follow-up
• Track admission fees, instalments and outstanding payments
• Send payment reminders and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate fee/collection records
• Coordinate with candidates regarding payment schedules
• Prepare regular collection and outstanding reports
