About us
Kwanta Communications is a creative agency building brand, campaign, and digital work across a growing roster of clients. We are looking for a creative who can both write and think in ideas, someone who turns a brief into a concept and then into copy that lands.

The role
This is a core creative seat. You will own copy across the full spread of agency work, and just as importantly, you will bring the ideas: campaign concepts, angles, and creative directions, not just words on a page. You will help build and execute brand IPs and campaign properties, and partner closely with design and video to turn concepts into integrated work. It suits a versatile, energetic creative who is a strong writer first and a natural idea generator second.

What you'll do
• Write clear, persuasive copy across campaigns, social, web, email, and scripts
• Generate creative concepts and campaign ideas, taking briefs beyond execution
• Develop and execute brand IPs and campaign properties, from concept through to rollout
• Partner with design and video to turn ideas into finished, integrated work




• Adapt tone and voice to fit each brand
• Edit and proofread your own work to a high standard, on brief and on time
• Bring ideas to brainstorms and help shape creative direction
• Scriptwriting for video/films or social reels

What we're looking for
• 2 to 4 years in a copywriting or creative role, with an agency background strongly preferred
• A strong portfolio showing both writing craft and creative ideas or campaign concepts
• Excellent writing: grammar, structure, brand voice, and range across formats
• Genuine conceptual thinking, the ability to come up with ideas, not just polish briefs
• Proficient in writing effective AI prompts to support ideation and content creation
• Comfort handling multiple brands and deadlines without dropping quality

Bonus points
• Experience developing or executing brand IPs, events, or content properties
• A basic design sense or hands-on ability (Canva)
