Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned music industry leader to join us. This role is strictly for candidates with deep and proven experience in the music business.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for end-to-end content vision, catalogue expansion, creative direction, and commercial performance. You will architect the company’s content strategy while ensuring disciplined execution and monetisation.

This role is fully accountable for content-led P&L; performance.

Key Responsibilities1.



Content Strategy & Catalogue Building

• Define a long-term content strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives
• Lead large-scale catalogue expansion with commercial discipline
• Identify high-potential artists, genres, and content opportunities
• Build scalable frameworks for content acquisition and development
• Ensure creative excellence while maintaining cost efficiency
• P&L; Ownership & Revenue Growth
• Own content-driven revenue targets and profitability metrics
• Optimise ROI on content investments
• Align content strategy with digital monetisation models
• Work closely with marketing, distribution, and finance to drive revenue growth
• Continuously refine investment allocation based on performance data
• Creative & Commercial Leadership
• Lead senior content and marketing leaders with clarity and accountability
• Establish solid relationships with artists, producers, and strate
