The Team

You will be joining a newly formed Global AI & Knowledge Organization (GAIKO) led by a Chief AI & Knowledge Officer who is moving fast. The team is global, still being staffed, and operating with urgency. The broader team includes a product & tech pillar, change management, KM services, operations and value & governance.

How You Will Contribute

• AI Governance & Policy
• Working in partnership with the GAIKO + IT+ Risk + InfoSec and with support of the AI Operating Committee (AIOC),



help design and operationalize the firm's global Responsible AI framework, including policies, standards, intake processes, use case approvals, and risk escalation procedures.
• Define the firm’s end-to-end pathway for creating and deploying AI — who may build, in which environments (including sandbox standards for prototyping and experimentation), what data controls apply at each stage, and the gates, criteria, and approval forums required to move work from internal experimentation to client-facing deployment — integrating with, rather than duplicating, existing technology risk review forums.[C1.1]
• Provide RAI assessments of proposed AI tools and partnerships, evaluating data residency, confidentiality, bias, and compliance risk. This includes independently supporting the evaluation of vendors’ technical architecture and data-handling claims, in partnership with Information Security.
