As we grow, we're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to bring DERMATOUCH to more customers through smart, results-focused paid campaigns.

What You'll Do
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms to grow the DERMATOUCH customer base.
• Drive customer acquisition, website traffic, conversions, and revenue through high-performing campaigns.
• Track and optimise performance against key metrics, including ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.




• Own campaign budgets and ensure every rupee of ad spend is used effectively.
• Identify winning campaigns and scale them, while continuously improving underperforming ones.
• Run structured A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, messaging, campaign structures, and landing pages.
• Partner with the Creative and Content teams to build performance-focused ads that communicate the efficacy of our products.
• Work with the E-commerce and Marketing teams to optimise the customer journey and conversion funnel.
• Analyse campaign data and deliver regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights.
• Monitor audience behaviour, skincare and beauty trends, and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Help build and refine marketing funnels and landing pages that convert.
• Stay ahead of the latest paid media trends, platform updates, and tools.
