The role exists to build a high-performance and digitally enabled culture by integrating rewards, recognition, and engagement initiatives that attract, motivate, and retain talent while supporting Brakes India’s growth and capability-building objectives.

End-to-End Performance Management:
Planning and Execution
• Lead the full Performance Development and Appraisal process, from goal sheet rollout to increment communication.

Operations Excellence
Coordinate review cycles, data validation, and cross-check increments and promotion lists

HR Digitalisation (SAP SuccessFactors Implementation & Governance):




Operations Excellence, People Enabling & Collaboration
• Drive the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules - PMS and Employee core.
• Coordinate with IT and implementation partners for AS-IS documentation, data migration, and testing.
• Conduct UAT cycles and training for end users.

Rewards & Recognition Framework and Execution
Planning, Resource Allocation and Execution
• Plan, schedule, and oversee the periodic roll-out of all organisation-wide awards as per the annual recognition calendar.
• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of awards, including nominations, validation, approvals, and announcement.
• Design and introduce current award categories to recognise emerging priorities such as innovation, collaboration, and customer excellence.
• Define eligibility criteria, nomination guidelines, and selection frameworks for each award category, ensuring transparency and fairness.
