About Rise Up Kombucha
Rise Up Kombucha is a craft kombucha brewery born at The Odd Gumnut Permaculture Farm in Panchgani, Maharashtra.
We brew bold, raw and unpasteurized kombucha using traditional fermentation methods, real fruits and spices, and naturally occurring beneficial bacteria, yeasts and organic acids.
With eight distinctive flavours, Rise Up is now available across Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Panchgani/Mahabaleshwar through cafés, restaurants, hospitality partners and direct-to-home delivery.

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and hands-on Assistant Brewer to join our brewing and production team in Panchgani.




This is a hands-on brewery role where you’ll work closely with the Head Brewer and production team across the entire production cycle — from brewing and fermentation to filtration, flavouring, QC, sanitation and finished-product management.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, pays attention to detail, respects processes and enjoys working with their hands.
You will play an important role in ensuring that every batch of Rise Up is consistent, safe, high-quality and true to our recipes and standards.

What You'll Be Responsible For
? Brewing & Production
• Execute brewing, fermentation, filtration, transfers and flavouring according to approved recipes and production schedules.
• Monitor and record key parameters including pH, Brix, ABV and titration.
• Monitor fermentation and batch performance and identify process deviations.
• Support improvements in production efficiency and reduction of wastage.

? Quality Control & Food Safety
• Maintain accurate production, QC and batch records.
• Follow SOPs, hygiene protocols and food-safet
