Position Overview

As a Business Development Executive at Square One, you will play a crucial role in driving B2B client acquisition and maintaining client relationships. This position requires someone with proven B2B sales experience,



experience handling a minimum of 150 B2B accounts, solid communication skills, and at least 2 years of field sales experience. Experience in the real estate industry and existing connections with builders and developers will be an added advantage.

ROLE TYPE: This is an Individual Role to meet the Sales Targets set by the company. The Role is a mix of Client Acquisition and Retention.

Role & Responsibility

• Sales Strategy Execution:

Implement and execute sales strategies and tactical plans to drive business growth.

• Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:

Lead individual B2B client acquisition efforts, building and nurturing relationships.Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent servicing.

• Revenue Target Achievement:

Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets, monitoring performance and correcting course as needed.

• Market Analysis & Intelligence:

Analyze market tren
