Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Expertise:
• Proven experience in vendor management within the Engineering/Components domain
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes including CNC turning, grinding, milling, jig boring, and hardening
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Vendor Management:
• Proactively identify, evaluate, and develop recent suppliers for materials and services
• Assess vendor capabilities, quality standards, and production capacity
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance on quality, cost, delivery, and service

• Negotiation & Cost Optimization:
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms,



and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Ensure timely availability of materials to support production schedules

• Collaboration & Communication:
• Strong coordination skills with both internal teams and external vendors
• Effective communication to align expectations and resolve issues promptly

• Technical & Digital Skills:
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
