The Role
Solar Square is building the technology backbone of its sales engine — and we need someone to own it outright.
Your first mandate is concrete: integrate Ozonetel with our in-house CRM, then build a system around it that holds up under real volume. Architecture through production, yours end to end.
This is a role for someone who has done it before. At least twice.

What You'll Own
- Architecture: Design and implement the CRM + telephony stack end to end.
- Integrations: Build the Ozonetel-to-CRM layer with APIs, webhooks and middleware — and make call logs, recordings, dispositions and agent activity land in the CRM every time.
- Call infrastructure: Configure IVR, CTI, routing, queues, campaigns, agent mapping and call journeys.
- Automation: Wire up lead allocation, dialling, follow-ups, retries and meeting scheduling.

Reliability: Design in retries,



reconciliation, monitoring and error handling from day one — not after the first outage.
- Vendors: Own telephony and technology partners outright: evaluation, pricing, contracts, SLAs, escalations, renewals and daily execution.

Delivery: Work shoulder to shoulder with Engineering, Product and Sales to ship and scale fast.
What We're Looking For
- 6–10 years hands-on across CRM, telephony and systems integration.
- At least two CRM + telephony implementations you personally delivered, start to finish.
- Deep command of CTI, IVR, call routing and the full call lifecycle.
- Fluency with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and authentication — proven by integrating telephony into custom-built CRMs, not just off-the-shelf ones.
- Sharp debugging instincts across API, data and platform layers, backed by working knowledge of SQL and system architecture.
- Real vendor management, commercial negotiation and stakeholder
