AI-Native GTM / Product Marketing Operator

About Facilio

Facilio is the agentic platform transforming how large buildings manage their physical operations. We are the AI-native operating layer for buildings on a mission to make buildings operationally productive.

Today, 150+ enterprise customers across hospitals, universities, retail chains, landmark venues and large real estate portfolios use Facilio to drive cost efficiency, service quality, compliance and operational performance.

With a growing presence across the US, UK, Middle East and Australia, Facilio is backed by leading global investors including Accel, Tiger Global, Dragoneer and Brookfield Growth.
We aim to bring agentic AI to the physical world — moving enterprise operations from systems that record and manage work to intelligent systems that understand, decide and act.

Build the next generation of GTM at Facilio.

At Facilio, we're building an AI-first enterprise SaaS platform for teams that run physical operations. As AI changes how products are built, sold and marketed,

we’re rethinking what a modern marketing team should look like too.

We're looking for someone early in their career who understands Product Marketing but thinks beyond traditional marketing execution.

The old model:
Marketer → thinks of an idea → uses AI → creates the asset → distributes it

The model we're building:
Understand the GTM objective → identify what needs to happen → orchestrate AI agents + existing systems → review & steer the output → learn from the result → improve the system.

This role builds and owns that shift for the PMM function. Think of it as a GTM engineer's systems fluency, aimed specifically at product marketing judgment.

What you'll do

• Understand our products, customers, ICPs and GTM motions deeply enough to identify what marketing should actually do — not just execute briefs.
• Take existing PMM workflows (case studies, social posts, enablement docs, battlecards, email sequences) and rebuild them
