Social Media Manager – The Salem Studios

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to manage multiple brands and lead content execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content strategy, creative ideas & monthly calendars
• Guide clients/talents on what to speak and how to present on camera
• Create hooks, talking points & reel concepts
• Coordinate shoots, editing, approvals & posting
• Manage social media profiles & client communication
• Guide junior SMMs and ensure deadlines
• Plan & optimize Meta Ads
• Track content and account performance

Requirements: 1–2+ years of experience with strong skills in Instagram, content creation, Meta Ads, communication and brand management.
