Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Client Solutions Executive to manage client interactions from qualified lead to proposal closure and project handover.

This is a client-focused role and not a lead-generation position. The candidate will work with qualified leads provided by the company, understand client requirements, conduct discovery calls, coordinate with the technical team to identify suitable solutions, prepare proposals, manage client follow-ups, and support a smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a client-first approach, strong coordination abilities,



and the willingness to learn and understand new IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with qualified leads and manage initial client communication.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements, business processes, challenges, and expectations.
• Gather and document client requirements accurately.
• Understand GrowwStacks' services and identify suitable solutions based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with developers and project managers to validate technical feasibility and solution approach.
• Prepare and coordinate project proposals including scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercials.
• Present and explain proposed solutions to clients in a clear and qualified manner.
• Handle client queries and coordinate internally to provide appropriate responses.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding proposals, feedback, revisions, and next steps.
