Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in the Mohali district. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales function for digital marketing and web development services, including identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing new business. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term client relationships.



The role involves closely collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to align client needs with agency capabilities, track sales performance, and report on key metrics. The Sales Manager is expected to develop and execute sales strategies, mentor junior sales team members, and represent Digital Scarlett professionally in the local market.
