Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• The focus of the key responsibility areas is Front Office/Mid office/Investment Services.
• Work closely with BNP PARIBAS NL heads and employees (Client Line, Client Delivery, and Client Development) to define operating models in line with clients’ needs and within BNP PARIBAS framework.
• Translate desired changes into clear, supported and sustainable solutions




• Develop and implement business solutions for (new) clients and/or internal on product, process and regulation.

Solving ad hoc questions

• Give advice to Head of Business Solutions, clients and employees at all levels both for BNP PARIBAS NL as Global
• Managing small projects.
• Simcorp Dimension NL development and maintenance
• Training of colleagues (change and first line support run teams) and knowledge sharing of experience and newly built expertise
• Support on incident handling 2nd line to support run teams
• Cooperate with internal and external suppliers (i.e. ADM team Lisbon)
• Monitor the marketplace/market practices and existing clients, identifying trends and potential opportunities for current product development/investment
• Create prototypes in “laboratory mode” that bring an added value for BNP PARIBAS NL
• Watch for regulatory changes & client demands on existing products
• Signals improvements and get them in
