Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic Commis 2 to join our culinary team. In this role, you will assist senior chefs with daily food preparation, basic cooking operations, station mise en place, and maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities• Prepare ingredients, slice vegetables, measure seasonings, and maintain station mise en place prior to service.
• Assist Commis 1 and Senior Chefs with cooking, plating, and basic culinary duties across designated sections (Hot Kitchen, Cold Kitchen, or Bakery/Pastry).
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations following HACCP/FSSAI safety standards.
• Safely store ingredients, properly label foods with date stamps, and practice proper FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management.




• Support smooth kitchen operations during peak service hours.
• Minimize food wastage through proper ingredient portioning and care.

Requirements• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management, or equivalent vocational training.
• 0 – 6 months of hands-on experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or cloud kitchen environment.
• Basic culinary knowledge, knife skills, and familiarity with kitchen hygiene protocols.
• Robust team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and high-pressure environments.
