Job Title: Sr. Business Development Manager/Area Manager

Job Description:
The Sr. BDM/AM is responsible for generating recent business opportunities and driving sales growth. This position involves building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting products or services effectively, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events. Generate leads and follow up on marketing campaigns to create a robust sales pipeline.

2. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, highlighting the benefits and value propositions of the company's offerings. Customize presentations based on the client's requirements to maximize sales opportunities.

3. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their business challenges and goals,



offering appropriate solutions and providing exceptional customer service to drive customer retention and loyalty.

4. Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals. Use persuasive selling techniques to overcome objections and close sales effectively, resulting in revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

5. Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, market competition, and customer needs. Gather market intelligence to improve product positioning and identify new opportunities for growth.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction, product enhancements, and streamlined communication.
