Teleperformance is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our International E-commerce Voice Process in Kolkata. Freshers and experienced professionals who possess excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Requirements
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Excellent English communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates should have no planned leave requirements for the next 90 days

Work Schedule
• 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs
• Rotational shifts
• Shift window: 4:00 PM to 10:30 AM
• Majorly evening, night, and graveyard shifts

Compensation & Benefits
• CTC:



₹27,100 per month
• Take-home: Approximately ₹22,300 per month
• Statutory Bonus: ₹2,800
