Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Excellence:

• Lead the assessment, redesign, and optimization of sourcing and cat egory management processes.
• Implement best practices, standardization, and automation to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.

Digital Transformation & Analytics

• Partner with IT and platform owners to deploy and enhance digital sourcing tools and analytics platforms.




• Leverage data and advanced analytics to identify improvement opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Champion automation and digital workflows to streamline sourcing and category management.

Performance Management

• Define and track KPIs for process performance, user experience, and adoption.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to the Sr Director and leadership team.
• Drive accountability for continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.

Innovation & External Benchmarking

• Proactively seek out and introduce innovative solutions, technologies, and best practices.
• Maintain an active external presence—participate in industry forums, conferences, and professional networks.
• Benchmark processes against industry leaders to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Engage with stakeholders across procurement, IT, finance, legal, and business units to ensure seamless process integration.
