Experience required: 2 to 5 years

Must Have Skills:-
· Graduation Degree (B. Tech, B.Sc.) and LLB · Legal Research & Analysis
· Communication Skills
· Data Privacy & Compliance Knowledge
· Sanctions, Export Control, and Regulatory Compliance awareness.
Role Description:-
• Review and draft Legal Document including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non- Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), SaaS Agreement, Statements of Work (SoW) and Vendor Agreement
• Identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical mitigation strategies
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including execution, amendments, addendums and renewals
• Review and draft Data Protection related documents including Privacy Notice, Data Processing Agreement
• Review and draft Export Control Compliance Documents for products and services in line with applicable regulations.
