Role Overview

We are seeking a Architect with extensive experience in commercial projects to lead architectural planning, design execution, and coordination with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring strategic design thinking, strong technical acumen, and a leadership mindset to oversee complex projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and planning for commercial projects and corporate interior projects.
• Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent and execution quality.
• Review and approve detailed working drawings,



layouts, BOQs, and specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide architectural guidance to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Oversee compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Lead client presentations and participate in business development meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers for productive design integration and resource planning.
