We are seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead the design, development, and delivery of clinical technology solutions supporting care management, provider integrations, and regulatory workflows.

This role will drive end-to-end engineering delivery, partner closely with clinical stakeholders, and ensure development of scalable, compliant, and high-quality healthcare applications aligned to business outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Delivery & Execution




• Lead end-to-end delivery of clinical applications from design to production
• Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release execution
• Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers

• Clinical Domain Engagement
• Collaborate with clinical, provider, and operations stakeholders to understand workflows
• Translate clinical requirements into technical solutions and system capabilities
• Support solutions across:
• Care Management platforms
• Clinical workflows and authorizations
• Provider integrations and reporting systems

• Engineering Leadership
• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, leads, and QA resources
• Define and enforce coding standards, design principles, and quality practices
• Drive high-quality software development across design, coding, testing, debugging, and maintenance
• Mentor team members and support
