About the Role:

This role ( Specialist - HR Operations) is the operational backbone of our employee experience across multiple entities. You will play a crucial role in managing our HR operations, Vendor management, Benefit administratement, payroll, compliance, audits and general HR functions and You will solve complex compliance and lifecycle challenges, ensuring our internal HR engine runs flawlessly as we scale.



It's an exciting prospect to build scalable workflows, bridge the gap between HR and other cross functional teams.

What You'll Do:

• Payroll Management : Oversee and manage the end-to-end in house payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments, deductions, and tax saving benefits administration. Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and documentation.
• Tax Reporting : Prepare and file all required tax documents and reports, including quarterly and annual tax filings, 24Q to generate form 16 and other related forms.
• Payroll Reporting : Generate and share payroll reports in prescribed formats, including payroll summaries, tax reports, and compliance reports etc with the finance team.
• Audits and Reviews : Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare for internal and external audits as required.
