About the role
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience. Site Reliability Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately, and securely.
What You’ll Do
• Operate and maintain production cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on availability, stability, and risk reduction.
• Execute infrastructure and configuration changes following approved patterns, standards, and change processes.
• Support Kubernetes-based production workloads, including deployments, scaling, and day-2 operations.
• Monitor system health using metrics, logs, and alerts, and proactively identify reliability risks.
