JSTVDIOS is looking for a highly creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Specialist to join our team remotely from India. This is not a role limited to scheduling or publishing content.

We are looking for someone who can independently take ownership of a brand's social media presence from strategy through execution and optimisation. You should be able to develop the strategy, build the monthly calendar, conceptualise content, design graphics, edit videos, write captions, publish content, analyse performance and continuously improve the approach.

THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and creation of social media content, including:
• Developing social media strategies aligned with brand positioning and business objectives
• Creating and managing monthly content calendars
• Developing content concepts, themes, campaigns and creative directions
• Drafting and designing social media graphics and visual assets
• Editing Reels, short-form videos and other social-first content
• Working independently with existing photography, video footage and brand assets
• Writing captions, hooks, CTAs and other social media copy
• Scheduling and publishing content
• Maintaining consistency with brand guideline and brand's visual identity and communication style
• Understanding and applying brand identity across social media
• Monitoring trends, formats and platform development
