Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help us handle outbound sales.

You will find potential clients, spot useful opportunities in their content and write personalised outreach that gives them a clear reason to respond. You will work directly with Tanishq, who initially reviews messages and handles prospect replies and sales conversations.

This is not a bulk-messaging role or a generic calling job. Your content judgement, research accuracy and writing matter more than sending the highest volume of messages.

What You’ll Do

• Research and qualify founders, consultants, agency owners and business educators who may be a fit for our short-form content service.

• Identify specific opportunities in their long-form and short-form content, using evidence rather than generic criticism.

• Write concise,



personalised outreach and useful follow-ups for review.

• Keep sources, drafts, outreach history and next steps organised.

• Work through feedback and become increasingly independent in preparing high-quality outreach.

You will not edit videos or plan, script or record Looms. Our team handles sample edits, audits and walkthroughs.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written English and a strong eye for short-form content: you can tell the difference between positive and weak content, spot a real opportunity and explain why it matters.

• You regularly follow business, agency, consulting, education, career or make-money-online creators. You can explain who their content serves, what they sell and where better short-form content could help.

• Careful research and the ability to separate facts from assumptions.

• Clear, natural writing rather than generic sales templates.
